This programme is designed for senior executives from non-financial backgrounds who need to use financial information to evaluate business performance, make important financial decisions and are required to make decisions or formulate strategies based on financial information. These senior executives may represent listed and non-listed companies, statutory and governmental institutions, small and medium enterprises.
The objective of the programme is ultimately directed at tangible behavioural change. It aims to help you develop greater effectiveness in cost control, financial management and value creation within your organisation. Led by distinguished faculty, SMU Professors Benedict Koh and Themin Suwardy, this programme will use a participant-centred teaching pedagogy based on interactive seminar-style approach and supported by relevant case studies and group breakout sessions. Preparatory reading will be given to help you make a rapid start and fully participate in this hands-on programme.
