About the course

Legal problems can arise while soliciting for and administering leases. But as a Leasing Contracting Officer (LCO), you can identify and avoid legal problems by understanding the proper legal principles that apply to daily leasing activities. You will work extensively with the clauses typically found in Federal leases, including GSA Form 3517B. You will review case studies around actual Comptroller General and course decisions, and learn to apply that knowledge to the work you carry out every day.
