About the course

Fewer dollars available for mission needs means that acquisition personnel must optimize contractor performance. As a COR or program manager, how do you effectively oversee that performance? The processes required to elicit successful performance require planning, focused monitoring and surveillance, and other remedies that yield high-quality services and deliverables.
