Description

If you’re not sure what the FiSH! Philosophy is all about, and then this course is for you and your team members at workplace. The workshop helps participants learn how to deal with change and improve motivation levels in organizations using the FiSH! Way. Filled with fun exercises and activities, each participant goes on a journey of personal discovery, idea generation and action planning. The group work builds trust and drive so that by the end of the workshop, participants leave with a Personal Action Plan and ideas that can transform their workplace.
