NEED THE KNOWLEDGE BUT NOT THE CERTIFICATION?
You're not alone. Many business owners and managers feel the same, and have participated in the CHRS class, without taking the examination. You can do the same. You'll get all of the benefits of the class, the networking, the materials, and the over 100 resources on the website created just for your class, without the stress of a test.
Taking advantage of this no-test option is easy. Just register online and while in class, let your instructor know that you won't be taking the exam. It's that easy. You'll build your HR competencies, the competencies that will help you be the best leader you can be, from one of the best schools of human resources and labor relations in the country.
BUT WHY CERTIFY?
Earning your professional certification from MSU's School of Human Resources & Labor Relations, one of the best and most respected programs in the country, demonstrates mastery of content and commitment to the field of human resources management. Mastery of course content will be evaluated via an online examination. Certification is achieved by participating in the entire five days of the workshop and passing the examination.
To earn certification, participants must attend all 5 days of the program and pass the examination.
THE CHRS DESIGNATION
Individuals who successfully complete the course, take part in discussions and exercises, and pass the required comprehensive examination will be recognized by Michigan State University's School of Human Resources & Labor Relations as a Certified Human Resources Specialist.
