About the course

This course prepares any leader of innovation to be an expert in the approach and tools and techniques used to solve every business challenge.

This course is one of three that lead to earning a full Masters Certificate in Innovation Management. This course is also recognized for continuing education credits for the Professional Engineers of Ontario.

Day Three – Insights & Idea Generation

  • Diverging and converging guidelines
  • Identify the most crucial elements of your discoveries

Day Four – Prototyping and Acceptance

  • Qualitative and quantitative methodologies for idea validation
