Yuval Yeret

Yuval is a SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT4), a Professional Scrum.org Trainer (PST), and an internationally recognized Kanban Trainer and thought leader. Yuval has over 18 years of experience managing IT and Product Development organizations, and is an active internationally-acknowledged member of the Lean Kanban community.

His current role at AgileSparks involves helping organizations improve their agility through Change Management, Training, Implementation and Coaching activities at various phases of the journey. His clients include Siemens, HP, Intel, Amdocs, CyberArk, Informatica, and Nice Actimize. Yuval enjoys helping his clients transform and gain the benefits of accelerated time to market and improved value of work.

He is always looking at various alternatives and approaches to help bring Lean/Agile to life in tough contexts. He has vast knowledge and experience in various approaches ranging from Scrum through Kanban, Scrumban, Scaled Agile Framework, Lean Startup, Large Scale Scrum, No Estimates and more.

Yuval frequently speaks at industry conferences, and is the author of “Holy Land Kanban”. He is also a recipient of the Brickell Key Award for Lean Kanban community excellence.

He is currently focused on building bridges between the Scrum and Kanban communities and helping marketing organizations transform using Lean/Agile principles and practices.
