Wesley formerly served in law enforcement, public safety, and the US intelligence community. He was able to hone his business acumen in an executive development program upon transitioning into the private sector, completing a series of rotational leadership assignments in strategic planning, finance, corporate development, legal, HR, audit, information technology and enterprise risk management.
