Wendy Kok

Wendy Kok has nearly twenty years of experience in private equity and corporate structuring. She was CFO and operations lead for Sequoia Capital China. As a partner with Ernst & Young China, she advised on inbound investments into China and corporate reorganizations. She received an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a Master in Finance from the University of Melbourne. She is also a CPA.
