Wajda Wikhamn

Wajda Wikhamn is Associate Professor at the Department of Leadership and Organizational Behavior. She obtained her PhD from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. Wajda has a long experience teaching on various levels in diverse related topics (HRM, organizational behavior, creativity and innovation, research methods) from both Sweden and Norway. Her research on people management is published in various international scientific journals. Wajda has been involved in various sustainability projects in education.
