Vijay Pandurangadu

Mr. Pandurangadu is a Vice President at MBK Real Estate, a Southern California based developer and operator of senior housing, multi-family and industrial properties. MBK is the US real estate arm of Mitsui & Co. At MBK, he has broad divisional responsibilities including oversight of strategy, acquisitions and joint ventures for the industrial properties group. Prior to MBK, he was a Director at Goodman North America working on acquisition and development of over 3 millions square feet of industrial real estate. He began his real estate investment career at the Irvine Company, Office Properties group where he worked on strategic planning and acquisitions.

Over his real estate career, Mr. Pandurangadu has had extensive experience in office and industrial development, acquisition, disposition, strategic planning and asset management. Significant projects include the acquisition of the $1.2 billion EOP San Diego office portfolio, valuation analysis for the 2012 initial public offering of Macquarie Mexican REIT, and disposition of DEXUS Property Group’s non-west coast portfolio.

Mr. Pandurangadu holds a MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at UC, Irvine and a B.S. from Ball State University. Additionally, Mr. Pandurangadu previously served on the Board of Directors for the Inland Empire chapter of NAIOP, the leading organization for developers and owners of office and industrial real estate.
