Sumeet Madan

Sumeet Madan is a pragmatic change agent in the Agile transformation with over 15 years of rich experience in software engineering, agile coaching, training and consulting. He is an Agile consultant by profession and the Professional Scrum trainer (PST) from Scrum.org and also a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC 4.5) His mission drives him to build people and organizations by helping them learn who they are and how they want to show up in the competitive market. Being an Agile and Engineering consultant, he works with higher management to formulate the transformation strategies by defining and implementing Agile processes at various levels of the organization. His strength lies in facilitation, consulting, coaching and teaching. As an Agile consultant, he has worked with various levels of management to understand Agile adoption challenges and creating roadmaps for Agile adoption across the layers. As an Agile coach, he worked with multiple scrum teams and enable them to be self-organize and high performing teams by identifying team challenges, dysfunctions, and overcome them as a team. He has conducted various LEAN workshops to help in aligning IT teams and business to their product vision in order to deliver business value. He being an Engineering consultant, worked with teams and bring them realization on their contribution in producing high-quality deliverable by adhering to XP practices. He has experience in implementing Spotify scaling model with product teams. He has developed and implemented Agile Maturity Assessment for Agile teams to track their progress in their Agile Journey.
