Shelly Lawrence

Shelly Lawrence has more than 15 years of experience using, developing and teaching process management theory and methods to solve critical business problems. Over her career, she has consulted with organizations across Boeing. In addition, she developed the process management methodology and tools for Boeing Commercial Airplanes and wrote and delivered the supporting curriculum and course materials used to train other business process analysts across the whole of Boeing. A seasoned consultant and facilitator, her expertise, particularly in translating difficult concepts into compelling visual images, is sought by leaders across the enterprise to help identify problems and their potential process-related causes, to analyze and diagnose process gaps and potential solutions and to implement improvements.
