Séverine LEBRUN-KUAN is Head of Pedagogical Development and Training at ESSEC IRENÉ, where she is in charge of the Institute's pedagogical innovations and development policy.

She teaches negotiation since 2007 to managers within the framework of intra trainings (Biogaran, BPCE, Delphi, etc.) and inter trainings (she is head of the Advanced Management Program "Negotiation, Mediation & Conflict Resolution" at ESSEC Executive Education). She also teaches negotiation to civilian and military officials of the Ministry of Defense and diplomats of the Diplomatic and Consular Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 2010, as well as to officials of the European Commission since 2007. She is a lecturer at the National School of Administration (ENA) since 2008. She also teaches initial training negotiation in BBA programs,

Before joining ESSEC IRENÉ, she worked for Agence France-Presse (AFP). From 2003 to 2005, she contributed to the negotiation of public-private partnerships in the water sector within the Veolia Environnement Group in Paris and Asia (China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and South Korea).

She is a graduate of Reims Business School (ESC Reims), Sciences Po Paris and holds a DEA in International Economics from the Graduate School of Sciences Po Paris. She has also benefited from the teaching of the War Studies Department at King's College London.
