Sandro da Silva

Sandro da Silva is an executive coach accredited by Ashridge Executive Education, part of Hult International Business School in the UK, as well as the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). He’s also a lecturer in organisational behaviour and leadership, and a trainer, supervisor and mentor for aspiring coaches. At RSM, Sandro works with the Executive Education department in customised programmes, and with the Executive MBA programme as an executive coach to support students and teams in the development of leadership skills.
