Ruth Albertyn

Research and research related activities regarding people is the core of what I do. My work philosophy is based in my basic field (Adult Education) when conducting research or coaching or facilitating learning of those who are conducting research. I work within the academic environment and in organisations. In the academic environment my research interests are mainly writing for publication in academic journals and postgraduate supervision. I am involved in research capacity development for academics from universities around the country in these areas as well as research proposal writing, action research for community engagement and using computer programmes for qualitative data analysis. In the corporate sector I specialise in conducting programme evaluation research.
