Rupert Bader is the leader of Expedia’s people analytics team, a group passionate about getting the right people-related information into the hands of leaders so they can accelerate the company’s progress in the global travel market. Bader has led efforts across Expedia to move to one consistent source of people analytics, bringing together data from multiple HR and applicant tracking systems into a secure data warehouse that feeds best-in-class tools like Tableau.
Prior to joining Expedia, Bader held HR leadership roles at Microsoft, Avaya and Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson) and also ran his own analytical consulting company. He’s been a featured speaker at the HR Technology Conference as well as PwC analytics and Workforce analytics roundtable events.
