Fundação Dom Cabral

Rudolf Gabrich is a professor of business strategy and organizational design, with special interest in the dynamics of ambidextrous organizations. He is the academic coordinator at the Executive MBA and a trusted advisor at both PAEX (Partners for Excellence) and PCS (Partners for Sustainable Growth) programs at Fundação Dom Cabral. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Instituto de Empresa (Spain), a M.Sc. in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (Brazil) and a Master of Business Administration from Fundação Dom Cabral. He teaches in partnership programs as well as in open enrolment and custom programs. He has delivered in-company programs at MAN Trucks, SICOOB PR, CPFL Energia, FMC Agrícola, Sony, Sebrae PR, Aracruz Celulose, Agropalma, KPMG, FIAT Powertrain, Hospital Sírio Libanês, LATAM Airlines, AGCO, among others. His executive experience was acquired from FIAT Auto and its suppliers. Professor Rudolf has published articles and papers in books, academic magazines and conference proceedings.
