Richa Rai

Richa Rai leads Digital, Marketing, Brand Management, PR, Compliance, Legal and Risk Management Portfolios at Kaiser Permanente. Before joining Kaiser, she was a management consultant at Microsoft for almost a decade. At Microsoft, she worked in many different parts of the organization: building marketing campaigns in Microsoft Advertising, working in the Strategy Office of the CIO and launching a pricing platform for Microsoft Enterprise Services in eight countries. Rai has a bachelor's in engineering and an MBA.

Outside of work, Rai is a big supporter of women in technology, especially women in leadership roles. She serves on the executive committee of a women’s resource group at Kaiser Permanente and on the advisory board for Dress for Success, a nonprofit that helps women returning to or joining the workforce. Rai is passionate about mentorship and giving back to the community. She teaches product management and digital marketing certification courses, is a frequent guest speaker, writes blogs and mentors aspiring marketers and product managers.
