Telfer School of Management

Founder, Uplift Consulting, Paula Pyne serves a diverse array of coaching and organizational clients. Whether in Transition, or as a leader investing in the Workplace, each develops greater clarity, better tools for performance, resilience, and positive mindset for sustainable change. Outside of Uplift, Paula is an associate and member of the Telfer Executive Programs’ Community of Practice, where she teaches Wellbeing for Leadership Resilience. She is a member of the facilitation team with Wilfrid Laurier’s Positive Psychology Certificate Program, where she teaches Self Care. She also shares her compassionate spirit online as part of the Huffington Post community and teaches yoga and meditation in her community in Ottawa, Ontario.

Paula earned her Masters of Business Administration in Executive Management at Royal Roads University and completed two post-graduate certificates at Humber College (Human Resources Management and Creative Writing). Paula completed her undergraduate studies in psychology and sociology, Trent University. Paula is a certified Integral Professional Coach™, and Yoga and Mindfulness teacher.
