Georgia Tech Professional Education
Norah Sinclair works as an Information and Instructional Designer with a focus on instructional design, user experience, data access, and project management. She has a Master's degree in Media Arts from the University of South Carolina and an instructional technology specialist certificate from North Carolina State University. She previously taught computer applications and digital media to high school students and worked as an Instructional Technology Specialist providing professional development to teachers to facilitate the use of technology in the classroom including the launch of a one-to-one laptop program. In addition to accessibility, Norah has an interest in user-centered design, information architecture, and adaptive learning technology and participates as a member of the W3C WAI Education and Outreach Working Group.
