Nicole Ames has more than 20 years of experience in digital marketing and works with top brands to develop and lead high-performing digital teams. In addition to her long career in digital, she has taught Social Media, Integrated Marketing, and Digital Strategy as a graduate professor at leading institutions including Harvard Extension School, Boston University Questrom School of Business, and Emerson College. Nicole has taught the Digital Marketing Strategy program for Harvard’s Division of Continuing Education since 2015, with hundreds of participants praising the engaging classroom experience.

Since launching her consulting company, Twist IMC, Nicole has worked with well-known brands such as White Claw, 3M, and Biogen helping to transform their businesses with effective digital strategies. Nicole has worked extensively in both B2C and B2B marketing, resulting in a balanced perspective on developing the right tools, technology, and best practices for all businesses. Nicole has also worked with leading consulting firms and advertising agencies across the digital landscape and brings deep industry knowledge in managing complex, cross-functional vendor teams within dynamic corporate environments. She has led more than 300 custom programs for F500 corporations including Bloomberg Media, Vanguard Group, Habitat for Humanity, Lenovo, Nvidia, Mars Corporation along with dozens of workshops for the Association of National Advertisers.
