Galilee International Management Institute

Dr. Nathan Tirosh is the Dean of Galilee International Management Institute (GIMI) and the Academic Director of the project management, SMEs and public administration courses. He lectures on training, consulting and research. His main fields of expertise are business strategy formulation, project management, marketing, economy and tourism. He held a position as lecturer at Kinneret College for the Departments of Management & Economy and Tourism & Hospitality Management.

Dr. Tirosh has broad practical experience in both the private and public sectors. He was formerly the Managing Director for companies both in Israel and South Africa, including the National Productivity Institute (NPI). Currently he works as a consultant to private sector companies and the Israeli Ministries of Tourism and Trade & Industry.

Based on his many years of practical experience and academic involvement, he developed the innovative (intellectual property) SWOTCLOCKTM strategy model (www.swotclock.com), which has many successful applications both in practice and as a strategy formulation methodology in academy and applied research.
