Mustafa Ayhan

Born in 1976, Mustafa Ayhan has started his professional job career in Bosch company in 1998 by assuming the data centre, network, production systems, process management, project management and change management responsibilities in informatics and data processing field. In 2014, he has been appointed as director of a unit producing information services for Turkey and 17 other countries in Middle East and Africa. Upon introduction of Digital Transformation, Internet of Things, Big Data and Industry 4.0 issues into the agenda of all companies at the highest ranks thereof, he was engaged in business development activities such as Industry 4.0 transformation of factories under his responsibility, and introduction of Industry 4.0 consultancy and services to the marketplace. He is further collaborating with the Ministry and Non-governmental Organizations with a view to increasing the competitive power of Turkey in industries and to create awareness about the forth industrial revolution. As of October 2018, he started to work as Executive Board Member in charge of R&D, Information Technologies, Digital Transformation and Management Systems in Borçelik. At the same time, Mr. Ayhan is a professional coach and is dealing with personal awareness and career coaching as well.
