Michèle Sutter-Ruedisser

Prof. Dr. Michèle F. Sutter-Rüdisser is an adjunct professor of Organizational Control and Corporate Governance at the School of Management at the University of St. Gallen as well as vice director at the Institute for Accounting, Controlling and Auditing (ACA-HSG). She is also a long-term visiting professor for ‘Banking and Insurance’ at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi’s School of Management in Milano, Italy and works as an independent, non-executive board member for various companies.
