Dr. Maureen Orey, CPLP, is a skilled facilitator and innovative leader - she is the Founder of a boutique corporate training & consulting firm founded in 2009. Her mission is simple. To help individuals and organizations to develop strong and leaders resilient.

She and her team work with corporations, associations to help them build the capacity of resilience through high impact consulting, training and facilitation to develop quality leaders, who improve communication, leverage diversity and implement solid processes to get measurable results. Over the years she has been instrumental in helping leaders become better than they thought they could be.

In 2017, Dr. Orey was recognized by the international Association for Talent Development (ATD) when she received the Dissertation of the Year award, for her doctoral study on the Career Benefits and ROI of Volunteer Leadership. She is passionate about leadership development, diversity and inclusion - especially for people with disabilities. Dr. Orey is a resilient entrepreneur and mother of three with a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. A former bodybuilder with a Black-Belt in Tang Soo Do, she and her grown kids frequently adopt stray animals, peruse bookstores and travel extensively.
