Marina Pochinok is an accomplished business leader, executive coach and business professor with over 20 years of experience in talent management and change projects. She has worked with leading local and international companies, delivering impactful transformation programs.

Marina's most notable achievement was mobilizing and leading the workforce of over 70,000 people, including 25,000 volunteers, for the Sochi 2014 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Her exceptional leadership and people skills were instrumental in the successful execution of this complex mega-project.

Currently, Marina works as an independent board member in public and private companies, a professor at business schools, a moderator, consultant, and executive coach. She is skilled in areas like brain-based leadership, governance, stakeholder management, and leadership development. Marina holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science along with professional certifications in coaching and human resources. She is also an alumna of top business schools including INSEAD, IMD, and Oxford.
