Manu Henrard

I am an Executive Somatic coach, recruiter and entrepreneur. I founded Ninedots in 2010 with the personal ambition to increase meaningful productivity and inner peace. Today, besides my executive recruitment practice, I help senior leaders identify what they stand for and lead their life and organisation in a purposeful way.

My current focus is one-on-one coaching for executives (C-level, VP, MD level and High potential staff) and running leadership embodiment programs. I offer a pragmatic approach to leadership development which enhances emotional, somatic and interpersonal intelligence for more productivity and satisfaction. In my coaching, I incorporate technics inspired by martial arts, social psychology, mindfulness and up-to-date neuroscientific research.

Besides my MBA, I am a certified somatic coach and an associate of the Strozzi Institute in California. I’m also a PCC coach from the ICF and a certified “Ontological Coach” from Newfield Network in Colorado. I believe that moving the locus of change and learning into the body gives access to a deeper level of intelligence that supports powerful and positive personal transformations.

My work is influenced by my own joyful journey of personal and spiritual growth.
