Over the past 15 years, I've spent time getting under the skin of both emerging opportunities and some of the most complex challenges in almost every sector. I've worked with businesses and organisations of every size (from start-ups to FTSE 100 companies) in retail, financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, charities, governments and the media, but with a particular passion for hospitality and leisure.

My experience lies in leading teams through a structured innovation process that uncovers insights, designs and develops new value propositions and successfully brings them to life through prototyping, testing and implementation.

I did this for over a decade at IDEO - the world’s leading design and innovation consultancy - where I was both a Portfolio Director and Head of Design Research.

Most recently, I was Global Head of Service Product Development at onefinestay; a pioneering hospitality start-up that was ultimately acquired by one of the largest hotel groups in the world.

I continue to work with C-level executives, multi-disciplinary teams across R&D, marketing, brand, design, operations and logistics, as well as customers and end users who are looking for products and services that don't just meet their needs but surpass their expectations.
