Lorraine Segal, M.A., through her business Conflict Remedy, offers consulting, coaching, and training for business executives, managers, and employees to help them navigate conflict, communicate clearly, understand bullying, and help create a harmonious and productive workplace. Her clients have included the Department of the Interior, St. Joseph’s Health, County of Napa, Duckhorn Winery, and a number of companies and nonprofit organizations. As well as being a professor at Sonoma State University, she also teaches for Brāv Online Conflict Management. She has been interviewed by NPR and quoted in Huffington Post. She is a contributing author in a new book, "Stand up, Speak Out against Workplace Bullying", December 2017.
