The Chartered Institute of Marketing
Lea worked for many years as a Marketing Project Manager on major brands, before moving into Learning and Development to further explore her fascination with what makes people tick. She believes that project success is often determined before the practical work actually begins and that stakeholder management together with managing risk is a critical factor in delivering projects to expectations and ensuring that individuals and teams can shine in an ever-changing project environment. Lea aims for her training to be enjoyable and as focused around delegate’s objectives as possible.
Specialties: Personally, I specialise in Business Communication, Leadership and Management Skills as well as Presentation Skills, but as a team at Fibre we all have our particular areas of expertise. We train and coach in:
