Laura Earley

I have over 20 years of benefits management experience. I am responsible for the administration of self-funded health & welfare Section 125 plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, FSA, HSA, wellness and leave programs, 401(k), SERP and Pension plans, union benefits, vacation/PTO and ACA compliance.

I am a corporate wellness guru, having successfully launched Corporate-wide wellness initiatives resulting in the loss of over 5,000 pounds through a variety of challenge programs, including Weight Watchers at Work, Biggest Loser and other activities. We earned the United Healthcare "Well Being Award" two consecutive years for significant achievements in corporate wellness.

Expertise includes executive leadership team partnerships, health plan vendor management, contract negotiations, 401(k) Retirement Plan vendor selection/conversions and have worked in both manual and automated environments. I have worked for very large organizations with multiple national locations as well as smaller organizations.

I am a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Regis University. I also have a certificate in Global Benefits Management from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). I am also CPE-compliant for continuing education through 2018.
