Kelle Courage is a Training and Consulting Associate with Procept who has served as both a Project Manager and a Business Analyst.

She has created, facilitated and delivered training for 14 years in various sectors including higher education, manufacturing, finance, automotive, government, and the healthcare sector. Some past clients include DaVita Healthcare, Canadian Blood Services, and Best Doctors. For the past 8 years, she has worked in healthcare management and strategy..

Kelle enjoys sharing her knowledge and uses her real-world experience to provide current, practical examples that bring the subject matter to life.

Kelle holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario and a Digital Media diploma from Seneca at York’s Communication Arts campus.
