Katy’s expertise in the field of Organisational Development is fuelled by her passion to improve organisational effectiveness and wellbeing of individuals. Katy’s extensive consulting background (in private, public, academic and community sectors) has been complemented by working in an internal capacity to deliver cutting edge initiatives.
Over the past 20 years Katy has worked with leaders including CEOs, executives, directors, senior academics, heads of departments, and managers, across a range of industries. With a strong interest in leadership excellence Katy works with high potentials to ensure superior performance at individual, team, and organisational level.
As an Organisational Psychologist, Katy applies the principles of positive psychology, emotional intelligence and neuroscience, whilst utilising a range of contemporary diagnostic tools to understand behaviour. Katy’s values, experience and expertise together with a strong theoretical background (from universities in Australia and the United States) have earned her a reputation for providing valuable consulting expertise to her clients.
