Julia Beltrano

Julia Beltrano is an arts manager, graphic designer & communications professional living in London, Ontario (Canada). Julia uses her love for the Arts and the wonderful people who make it to fuel creative communication strategies that delight and engage. Prior to her work in post-secondary education, she has worked as a Contemporary Media workshop facilitator for youth, and was the Executive Director of one of Canada’s oldest artist-run galleries. She is passionate about leveraging creative content to create opportunities for meaningful community dialogue.

Julia is the Technical Specialist Manager at The Department of Visual Arts and the President of the Professional Managerial Association at Western University. She has previously held the role of Communications Officer for the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, and teaches in the Public Relations and Not-For-Profit Management programs at Western Continuing Studies. She studied Visual Arts and Arts Management at the University of Ottawa, holds an Honours BFA, and Professional Certificate in Communications and Public Relations from Western University. She is an alumna of the Customer Insights program at the Ivey Business School and is currently working towards her Masters of Digital Experience Innovation at the University of Waterloo Stratford School of Interaction Design and Business.
