Biography
Hult Ashridge Executive Education
Judith is a Chartered Psychologist with more than twenty years experience as an organisational consultant, executive coach and specialist in group dynamics. She is highly skilled at creating containing spaces with individuals and groups to facilitate a deep understanding of personal and organisational complexity. She works ’live’ with her clients, offering insight, meaning and the time to reflect on what is going on in the moment.
Judith has worked across sectors in a variety of industries, from manufacturing to finance and to board level across the NHS and local government. Her clients include Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, Ogilvy & Mather, Memery Crystal, Right Management and the Northern Ireland Assembly.
Judith’s Tavistock career began as a clinician with children and families, where her experience of working in closely networked systems catalysed a curiosity to understand more about organisational dynamics and the relationship between people and their networks. She has a doctorate degree in psychology, researching the mechanisms of therapeutic change and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
