With Kersten Corporate Finance (www.kerstencf.nl) I buy and sell medium sized firms for my clients in the Netherlands.

Moreover, I give training in Finance & Accounting at leading Universities and Financial institutions worldwide. E.g. in: London, New York, Hong Kong, Middle East, Peru, Mongolia, Surinam etc.

I am associated as lecturer to Nyenrode University in Breukelen, Maastricht University, Maastricht School of Management (MSM), TIAS Business School, Erasmus University Rotterdam, Luxembourg School of Business, TSM Business School and the University of Aruba.

Moreover, I provide training in corporate finance at AMT Training London/ New York/ Hong Kong at leading banks worldwide. And I am associated to the Leoron Institute Dubai for which I provide finance training to professionals in the Arab States of the Gulf.

With "Samenwerkingsverband Kersten" I am Co-Owner with my father and brother of real estate in the DIY sector.

With Financeyourstartup.com I offer consultancy in finance for entrepreneurs of startup companies.

Background: I graduated in MSc/ Drs. Strategic Management and BSc Business Studies, both at Tilburg University.

Moreover, I graduated (cum laude) as “Registered Advisor Business Acquisitions” (RAB), a one-year study in the legal and tax aspect within Mergers & Acquisitions. In addition, I have obtained a degree in didactic skills in order to lecture within Higher Education.

Right now I am doing the "Executive Master of Business Valuation" in order to become "Registered Valuator" (RV).

My parents were owner of a production company in roofs for the automobile industry. The company has been successfully sold in 1992 to market leading company within roofs for the automobile industry Vermeulen Hollandia (Webasto).
