Biography

Jillian Dimoff is an instructor at the Department of Finance & Real Estate​. She teaches Professional Behavior and Communication Development with a focus on personal branding, networking, career development and professional communication.

Dimoff received her MBA in marketing management from the Kellstadt School of Business. Since graduating, Dimoff has held positions with large loyalty marketing agencies and is currently vice president of business development at Clarus Commerce. Prior to joining the marketing world, Dimoff held positions at the CME Group and Chicago Board of Trade, managing the design, development and management of trading software and solutions.

Dimoff’s core focus has been providing brands with strategic consulting and program design; business development/sales; strategic partnerships; corporate strategy; financial models/forecasting; and the development and management of technology solutions. Her expertise includes traditional, multi-tender and cross-brand loyalty with major retail brands, in addition to other verticals such as financial services, restaurant, entertainment, telecom and more.
