Jessica Fazackerley

After completing her Mathematics and Computer Science degree at the University of Adelaide, Jessica spent fourteen years working for Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, leading teams and projects in Mortgage Processing, Human Resources and Process Improvement departments. Jessica was instrumental in the development of the Lean Continuous Improvement Training program across the bank and uses her Lean expertise now to transform businesses.

Jessica’s passion for Lean, Continuous Improvement and Change Management was heightened when she moved into the South Australian State Government. Jessica worked within the Department of the Premier and Cabinet and the Department of Human Services (DHS), most recently as the Director, Change Management.

Jessica is an experienced operational leader that enjoys partnering with businesses to improve processes and cultures. Jessica is a genuine professional, a fixer and a source of support. Everyone knows her as an excellent mediator, able to handle difficult conversations, and draw people in to get a resolution.
