Jaimini has a wealth of business-focused Organisation Strategy and Design experience. She is currently Change Director at the British Council after two years as Director of Organisation Design and Development. Jaimini works with the Executive Board aligning the organisation to achieve their ambitious social and commercial aspirations in cultural relations across more than 100 countries.

Jaimini is also a keen supporter of start-ups and growing businesses. She is currently a Non-Executive Board member of Aha Retail Partners, the group behind the world’s first urban drone delivery.

Prior to joining the British Council, Jaimini worked at Burberry as the Vice President of Organisation Design. Working directly with the CEO and Executive team, they designed and implemented sustainable organisation designs across the entire business to support year on year double-digit growth and elevate Burberry as a formidable luxury retail brand.

She has experience across both private and public sector organisations, including Tesco as they were expanding their non-foods sector, Northern Rock plc when the EU forced the demerger of the retail and mortgage business, The National Offender Management Service (part of the Home Office) when they merged the Prison and Probation service, Heathrow Airports Ltd (previously BAA) during the construction of Terminal 5 and Accenture across a number of international clients.

Born in Uganda, educated in the USA and now based in the UK, she enjoys blending her personal and work-based international experience.
