Jacqueline Mac (she, her, hers) is a strengths-based social justice educator, scholar, and trainer who deeply believes in the power and potential of individuals and organizations to bring positive social change to the world. Her dedication to equity and justice work is heavily informed by her family’s refugee experience. Though Jacqueline specializes in the field of higher education, she is experienced in working with nonprofit organizations focused on accelerating the success of underserved populations and for-profit companies looking to engage with diverse communities. She is an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University, in the Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management program, of which she is an alum. Jacqueline hails from Chicago and holds degrees in psychology, ethnic studies, and student affairs. She is a doctoral student in Higher Education at Indiana University and a research associate with the National Institute for Transformation and Equity.
