Georgia is a driven HR Director with over 20 years international Human Resources and Learning & Development experience within global customer focused organisations. She now works with a wide variety of organisations to help them become great places to work, developing their great people so that they achieve sustainable business success.

Georgia has a proven track record in areas such as employer branding and employee engagement, organisational development, organisational design, project management and award winning large scale culture and organisational change programmes, working in recognised global organisations.

She is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, (just got my 20 year certificate – eek) is a qualified coach and experienced facilitator and assessor.
