With a strong expertise in Strategy, Leadership and Operational Management in the Pharmaceutical industry, Frederic is a seasoned executive and a Senior Consultant and Trainer. He brings to MCE more than 30 years of professional corporate and field experience in multi cultural environments (14 years abroad including 8 years Operational Leadership). He is a strategic and analytical thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset. His corporate career as a senior executive allows him to understand the needs and importance of building organizations and leading teams through continuous change, with a special focus on strategy execution and performance development.

Professional background

Frederic returned to France after CEO position in OnCompass Medicine biotech in Hungary (Molecular Diagnostics and data provider in Oncology) to set up his own consulting and training company in 2018. Frederic previously exercised numerous responsibilities in Sanofi Pharmaceuticals Group equally split between corporate and operational Leadership positions. His last position was Sanofi Vice President and Global Head of Business Development and Strategy for the Animal Health Division (Merial). From 2004 to 2010 Frederic was General Manager and Country Head, Sanofi Aventis Hungary (2600 people across industrial, R&D, Logistics and Business) He performed the operational merger of Sanofi and Aventis and brought Sanofi Aventis to market leadership both in Rx and Consumer Healthcare markets. Previous to this, Frederic held the positions of Leader Global Alliance PMO on oligosaccharides with Organon (based in the Netherlands), Global Chief Internal Auditor of Sanofi Synthelabo, Operations Director in Sanofi Winthrop US. Frederic started his Sanofi career in Finance as Head of LT financing and Head of Investor Relations then 1st chief of staff of Sanofi Group President and CEO.

Education and qualifications

Frederic holds an MBA from EM Lyon France, a Law Degree (Licence, Lyon 3 Univ.), a CESA Finance (HEC France) and a General Management Program (Harvard Business School – PMD 72).
