Fraser has been responsible for numerous complex valuation, consultancy, feasibility, and asset management assignments throughout his sixteen real estate career. Throughout his career both in Canada and the UK, Fraser has been responsible for an extensive array of assignments primarily focusing on valuation and advisory, but also including property tax consultancy, investment sales and brokerage. Geographically, Fraser’s experience ranges from interior British Columbia across the Prairies including Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Fraser’s primary focus is on commercial (retail / office) and hotel/motel projects, however he has a broad range of experience which extends to industrial properties, seniors housing facilities and other consulting assignments. Fraser currently manages the general operations of Altus Group’s Calgary Valuation Division and its professional staff of fifteen. Outside of the office, Fraser enjoys spending time with his family, is a provincial soccer referee, enjoys various sporting pursuits and volunteers with several local charities.
