Yoong Fook Loy has over 15 years of in-depth training and hands-on deployment in Socio-technical system of Organisation Design and Development.
While in employment, Fook Loy held various positions in Operation, Human Resources Development and Six Sigma. He was the Corporate Leadership Program Manager for Asia with GE Corporate, overseeing talent development in numerous GE Leadership Programs before establishing his training and consulting business – The Centre for Performance Transformation.
Fook Loy currently also provides training and consulting services to companies such as Bank Negera Indonesia, IE Singapore, JTC, Cisco Systems, EDB Singapore, Microsoft, OCBC Bank, Sun Micro-system, and others.
Fook Loy graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He is a Master Black Belt and a Master Trainer and Consultant for High Performance Work Organisation.
