Florentina Bajraktari

Florentina supports the Presencing Institute as a project manager and coordinator for Transforming Capitalism lab, Communities4Change and upcoming initiatives.

She has a Masters in Political Science from the Free University of Brussels and a Masters in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability from the Blekinge Institute of technology, Sweden. Her Background in politics at the local and international level have given her an understanding of the complexity of traditional systems, and a systemic understanding of the leverage points where change is needed most.

She is particularly interested in participatory leadership and designing processes that focus on the role of individual transformation in sustainability, workplace innovation and higher education.

All of her time is dedicated to help individuals and communities feel empowered and take action. As such, she is also a co-founder at The Hive Experiment, an initiative working on bridging the gap between new technology, social innovation and sustainability by building a community of practice that co-creates tangible actions to collectively lead towards a more vibrant and sustainable society.
