Erika Botha

Erika has extensive experience in training, development as well as hands-on management and leadership. She completed a Business Communication degree, a B.A. (Hons: Industrial Sociology) at the North-West University (previously known as the Potchefstroom University), and an M.B.A. through UNISA School of Business Leadership. She completed a Results Coaching certificate (International Coaching Federation) as well as an Assessor Certificate and Education and Training Award whilst living and working in the U.K.

Over the past 15 years, she has been working and training in various industries, including Banking, Mining, Engineering, NGO’s and Education. She has also run workshops for the University of Stellenbosch Business School. She believes that a company’s greatest asset is its knowledge workers and that everyone can be developed to “think better”. Her passion lies in developing managers and leaders and helping to create high-performance teams. She loves inspiring people to achieve new heights and continually strives to bring out the best in the people she works with.
