MARKETING & WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
- Direct communications and annual events calendars
- Review marketing, sales, and promotional materials to ensure relevant and consistent messaging is maintained
- Manage content on Alliance-maintained websites
- Maintain, schedule, and produce monthly newsletter
- Create offerings and printed materials for annual brochures
- Restructure new initiative for Alliance Twitter account
- Assist team members and outside consultant in website upgrade
EVENT PLANNING
- Create and execute event websites, invitations, and registration processes – including fee setting and early registration rates – using Cvent program
- Collaborate with team members to determine appropriate invitee lists for events
- Manage Cvent account to track registrations, payments, and registrant contact information
- Generate event graphic materials including (but not limited to): agendas; PowerPoint presentations; attendee biography booklets; nametags; and “Thank You” signs to recognize event co-hosts
- Oversee all correspondence, development, and implementation of webinars utilizing GoToWebinar service
RESEARCH
- Organize and facilitate data collection and assimilation for over 300 confidential financial portfolios for annual wealth management research studies
- Gather information from key sponsors to be included in study reports
- Proofread draft reports of research studies and questionnaires
- Consolidate and analyze data correlations to track emerging trends in wealth management
- Distribute final reports to sponsors and participants
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Act as a communicator and project coordinator for specific projects
- Support Managing Director in contacting Member and Partner firms to gauge and track client satisfaction
- Review and recommend streamlined administrative processes in order to improve efficiency for all team members
- Track key relationships utilizing Salesforce and Excel
