Elizaveta Sadova

Elizabeth is SKOLKOVO's Leading Professor of Leadership and Organisational Behavior. Her areas of expertise include leadership, organisational development, change management, and performance and talent management. She is the author of several unique multi-module programmes on Leadership for Top Executives and HR directors of Russian and multinational companies.

Elizabeth successfully combines professional management and international experience with expertise in business education. She worked CBSD/Thunderbird for over 10 years, with clients including companies such as Boeing, Caterpillar, Coca Cola, Danone, ExxonMobil, TNK-BP, Hewlett Packard, Unilever, Сorning and more.

Since 2007, Elizabeth has held the position of Academic Director for SKOLKOVO’s Executive Education Department. In this capacity, she has worked with companies including the Federal Grid Company, Gradient, Ratiopharm, Evraz, Severstal, Sibur, Gazpromneft, Lukoil Overseas, Siemens and more.

Elizabeth’s latest development is the Understanding Russia programme for Energy Delta Institute (Netherlands), HKUST (Hong Kong) and SAIF (Shanghai, China). As a visiting professor, Elizabeth has taught seminars for MBA students at IAE University Aix-en-Provence (France).

Elizabeth also has many years’ experience as an individual coach, working with top executives of several international and Russian companies in cross-cultural communication improvement, understanding of Russian business models, top team development, conflict management, and relationship management. Her clients have included American Express, Corning, International Enterprise Singapore, ArcelorMittal, Renaissance Insurance, Kaspersky Laboratories, L’Oreal, Danone-Nutricia and others.

In addition to her pedagogical education, Elizabeth holds a number of international certificates from SDA Bocconi (Italy), MBTI certification from OPP Oxford (UK), is certified in leadership programmes and Organisational Management from California State University (USA), Thunderbird (USA), IMD (Switzerland) and the Training Management Corporation (USA).

Her research interests are the Russian leadership model and its influence on organisational efficiency.
