Elaine Heslop

I am experienced board level advisor with expertise in strategy and operations, organisational design, innovation, leadership development, and governance.

I have held roles including: Director with P&L responsibility for the global custom executive education business at the University of Oxford; CEO and founder of digital start-up, Via; Director at Deloitte, and as a Senior Manager in the NHS.

The common thread of my career has been my work in designing, leading, and building capacity for transformational change, service model innovation, and developing business strategies.

I have particular industry expertise in higher-education, executive education, government, healthcare, and professional services. I have global business development and client management experience across Asia-Pacific, Middle East, USA, South Africa and Europe. I have worked with the Foreign Office, British American Business, the British Malaysian Chamber of Commerce and the Department for International Trade to enter new markets.

I am an engaging speaker, regularly contributing to conferences as a presenter and panel moderator. I am an experienced educator and facilitator: I have delivered executive education and undergraduate tutorials at the University of Oxford.
